And luckily I bought travel insurance, I'm able to get paid! $60 for my broken old luggage. So folks, highly recommended to buy travel insurance when you go for long trips! You'll never know what happens! I bought mine from UOB Travel, the processes are abit manual.. no online systems.. But response are pretty prompt, and in comparison it is cheaper than other insurance companies.. as there are also discount if you paid by UOB card. So Cheers~~!~
